About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and strong ABAP development experience to support HR-related SAP solutions within a digital transformation environment. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong ABAP development skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HR / HCM modules and HR business processes.
  • Experience developing HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, time management, and organizational management.
  • Experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
  • Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR environment.
  • Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
  • Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations.
  • Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
  • Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
