About The Position

This role focuses on the payments industry, card products, and the transaction lifecycle, including retail card programs and aviation-related card programs (AIRCard). It also involves understanding regulatory and compliance aspects in payments, POS systems, merchant onboarding, and settlement processes. The expert will work with systems similar to Azure-hosted solutions, SQL-based systems, and API-driven platforms. Key responsibilities include collaborating on product requirements, feature mapping, and system migration planning, translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams, identifying gaps in current vs. target-state product features, and communicating between business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years relevant experience
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale payment systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working in hybrid business/technical discussions
• Availability to participate fully during the workshop sessions
