About The Position

This role focuses on the payments industry, card products, and the transaction lifecycle, with specific experience in retail card programs and aviation-related card programs (AIRCard). The expert will also be involved with regulatory and compliance aspects in payment systems, merchant onboarding, and settlement processes. Familiarity with systems similar to Azure-hosted solutions, SQL-based systems, and API-driven platforms is expected. The role involves collaborating on product requirements, feature mapping, and system migration planning, as well as translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and identifying gaps in current vs. target-state product features. The expert will also communicate between business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years relevant experience
• Proven track record in enterprise-scale payment systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working in hybrid business/technical discussions
• Availability to participate fully during the workshop sessions
• GU/US Citizen ONLY
