About The Position

Cintas is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst-Level 3-Field Service Management who will be primarily responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FSM to enable efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of field service operations. This role ensures seamless integration between SAP FSM and SAP S/4HANA Service, delivering an end‑to‑end digital field service experience from service process through execution, confirmation, and ability to translate dispatcher & operations needs into FSM solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Hands‑on experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service with SAP CPI
  • Strong techno functional knowledge of SAP FSM components such as planning and dispatching, master data configuration, authorization and security, SAP FSM SDK and extension framework, Smart Forms and checklists, Business Rules and workflows.
  • Experience working in integration with S/4HANA Service Management, Project Systems and Plant Maintenance via SAP CPI.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Design and manage end‑to‑end field service processes, including: Service order execution, Field technician dispatching and scheduling, Mobile execution with SSAM, Time, material, and expense capture
  • Integrate SAP FSM with SAP S/4HANA Service Management via SAP CPI
  • Collaborate with SAP S/4HANA teams to support: Service orders and confirmations, Equipment and functional location data
  • Support master data and transaction data synchronization between S/4HANA and FSM
  • Execute testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and support go‑live activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
  • Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
  • Create documentation, user training materials, and support knowledge transfer
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
