About The Position

As a Senior SAP Financials Functional Analyst, you will serve as the strategic architect of our financial reporting and asset management ecosystem. By bridging the gap between complex accounting requirements and cutting-edge technology, you will transform how our global finance teams track capital investments and visualize performance data. You will collaborate closely with Finance leadership and IT engineering to deliver a seamless, automated SAP S/4HANA environment that drives real-time business intelligence and fiscal accuracy.

Requirements

Deep SAP Functional Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP FI-AA configuration, including mastery of chart of depreciation, depreciation keys, and parallel ledger accounting within an S/4HANA environment.
Advanced Analytics Capability: Proven ability to build SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) stories and models, with technical proficiency in managing data connectivity between S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and BTP.
Financial & Integrated Systems Fluency: Strong understanding of core SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR) and their integration points with Project Systems (PS) and Procurement (MM) to support capital accounting.
Strategic Problem Solving: A track record of translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions, paired with the communication skills to influence stakeholders across both technical and finance departments.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to work independently as a lead on functional workstreams while fostering a collaborative environment within global, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own the Asset Lifecycle Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA), ensuring seamless integration with General Ledger and Project Systems to automate capital project capitalization and depreciation accuracy.
Drive Financial Intelligence: Architect and deploy sophisticated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) models and dashboards that provide executive leadership with actionable insights, predictive analytics, and streamlined planning capabilities.
Execute Complex Implementations: Orchestrate functional workstreams through full-lifecycle SAP deployments, from initial requirements gathering and functional specification through to UAT and post-go-live stabilization.
Optimize Global Processes: Identify and implement automation opportunities within the FI-CO landscape to reduce manual reconciliation, enhance scalability, and ensure compliance with evolving global financial standards.
Empower Business Users: Act as the primary functional expert for troubleshooting complex system issues and lead specialized training sessions to foster self-sufficiency and high adoption rates across the finance organization.
