About The Position

The SAP FSCM Consultant will lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for SAP S/4HANA Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The role works with global teams across Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable, supporting business process transformation and change management. The consultant will bring deep expertise in SAP FSCM Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management, and integrate FSCM with SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, Banking, and external risk providers. The role also includes SAP Fiori application configuration and deployment, analytics and reporting, functional documentation, testing leadership, data migration and cutover support, and mentoring junior consultants. Key deliverables include FSCM solution design and architecture documents, business process assessments and transformation recommendations, functional specifications and configuration documentation, test plans and scripts, training and knowledge-transfer materials, and go-live and hypercare support. This hybrid position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, with in-office work required Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Requirements

10 or more years of SAP Finance (FI) experience, including multiple end-to-end SAP implementations.
5 or more years of SAP S/4HANA FSCM implementation experience.
Proven experience leading FSCM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Demonstrated experience working with global business teams across Finance, Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable organizations.
Strong business process transformation and change management experience.
Deep SAP FSCM Credit Management expertise, including credit scoring and risk assessment, credit exposure, credit limits, Business Partner credit master data and profiles, review and approval workflows, and external agency integrations.
Deep SAP FSCM Collections Management expertise, including collection strategies and segmentation, worklists and prioritization, dunning and customer communications, analytics, and reporting.
Deep SAP FSCM Dispute Management expertise, including dispute case management, root-cause classification, workflow configuration, and integration with Accounts Receivable and Collections.
Experience integrating FSCM with SAP Treasury and Risk Management, including liquidity forecasting, cash visibility, working capital optimization, cash position management, financial risk processes, and bank connectivity.
Experience with SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, and Banking integrations.
Experience with banking interfaces, payment formats, and electronic bank communications.
Experience configuring and deploying FSCM-related SAP Fiori applications and using FSCM analytical dashboards and reporting.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automatic cash application and matching, lockbox and electronic remittance processing, EDI and electronic payment file integration, and bank statement processing and reconciliation.
Experience integrating with Moody's and other external credit-rating or risk agencies.
API, middleware, and third-party integration experience.
SAP S/4HANA FSCM certification.
SAP Treasury and Risk Management experience.
Experience in large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
Knowledge of best practices in Credit Management, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and Working Capital Management.

Responsibilities

Lead FSCM solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Lead solution architecture and functional design workshops.
Prepare functional specifications and business process documentation.
Configure FSCM modules and coordinate development activities.
Lead unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
Configure and deploy SAP Fiori applications related to FSCM.
Develop and use analytical dashboards and reporting for credit, collections, disputes, and treasury.
Integrate FSCM with SAP Treasury and Risk Management, SAP FI-AR, FI-GL, Cash Management, Banking, external credit agencies, and risk providers.
Mentor junior consultants and provide subject matter expertise to business stakeholders.
Produce solution design and architecture documents, business process assessments, configuration documentation, test materials, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
Provide go-live and hypercare support.
