About The Position

This role involves managing all aspects of the platform transition, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. In this pivotal role, you will provide critical leadership and guidance to functions, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience of the SAP S/4 HANA system.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving large-scale technology transformation projects to completion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and robust decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SAP FI subject matter expert for Finance processes.
  • Manage SAP Finance configuration and solution design.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives.
  • Recommend best practices and process improvements.
  • Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Evaluate impacts of new business requirements on SAP Finance processes.
  • Analyze current business processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities.
  • Reduce manual activities.
  • Improve reporting and financial visibility.
  • Support AI and workflow automation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Procure-toPay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
  • Configure SAP FI solutions.
  • Validate master data structures.
  • Test new enhancements.
  • Support releases and upgrades.
  • Manage transport and change requests.
  • Maintain system documentation and training materials.
  • Support SOX compliance.
  • Maintain segregation of duties requirements.
  • Ensure audit readiness.
  • Support GRC controls.
  • Establish financial governance standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Develop Finance user training.
  • Mentor analysts and business users.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer from consulting partners.
  • Build internal SAP Finance competency.
