About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Solution Expert with a strong focus on Material Costing in the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP PMMO (Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization), SAP Project System, and SAP FICO, particularly in a greenfield SAP S4 HANA implementation environment. As a key player in the project, you will work directly with the client to design and implement complex SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration of Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) for highly regulated manufacturing processes. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a leading US-based Aerospace and Defense company.

Requirements

• Expertise in SAP PMMO and SAP Project Systems.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO solutions, particularly in Material Costing.
• In-depth knowledge of Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) or SAP PMMO in the Aerospace & Defense industry in the US.
• Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems, Logistics, and Dassian PACE.
• 5-7 years of experience working with SAP FI/CO and Material Costing solutions.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
• Proficiency in writing Business Process Documents (BPDs), functional specifications, and configuration design.
• Experience conducting workshops and leading system testing.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required).
• Aerospace and Defense industry experience in the US is required for this role due to the specialized nature of the solution.
• Candidates must be US Citizens due to the nature of the client and project requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GPD solutions or similar Project Manufacturing Management tools in complex manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PMMO Implementation: Drive the greenfield implementation of SAP PMMO, ensuring the project is completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into detailed SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP PMMO Modules: Configure SAP PMMO modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Process Enhancements: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing and project management operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all SAP PMMO implementations comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements (including FAR), and internal policies.
• Troubleshoot and Support: Provide expertise in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of system-related problems.
• Testing and Documentation: Create functional specifications, conduct functional unit tests, and support end-to-end testing processes.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana, ensuring alignment with business goals.
