About The Position

NTT DATA is currently seeking a SAP FI/CO Lead to join their team. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing SAP ECC FI/CO solutions to support sales scenarios originating from an e-Business/eCommerce platform. The position requires analyzing and defining revenue accounting treatment for bundled offerings, configuring deferred revenue accounting and revenue recognition processes, and leading integration design and testing between SAP ECC, SAP Commerce Cloud, and Zuora. The role also includes configuring and validating credit card payment integrations, designing and executing reconciliation processes, partnering with business stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams, preparing functional specifications, supporting testing cycles, identifying risks and control considerations, providing status updates, and supporting cutover and go-live activities.

Requirements

8+ years of SAP FICO functional experience, including multiple full-lifecycle ECC implementations.
3+ years of experience in configuration and validation of Credit Card payment integrations with payment gateways (e.g., Worldpay/Paymetric, Chase) across SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ECC, and Zuora, ensuring accurate posting, settlement, and reconciliation of card transactions.
8+ Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC Finance & Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Revenue Accounting) — SAP ECC6 specifically required.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP ECC FI/CO solutions supporting combined Hardware/Software (subscription) sales scenarios originating from the e-Business/eCommerce platform.
Analyze and define revenue accounting treatment for bundled HW/SW offerings, including allocation of transaction price across performance obligations.
Configure and support Deferred Revenue Accounting and Revenue Recognition processes (manual or via SAP RAR/VC, as applicable) for subscription-based revenue streams.
Lead/support integration design and testing between SAP ECC, SAP Commerce Cloud, and Zuora (subscription billing platform), including custom interfaces and reconciliation logic between systems.
Configure and validate Credit Card payment integrations with payment gateways (e.g., Worldpay/Paymetric, Chase) across SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ECC, and Zuora, ensuring accurate posting, settlement, and reconciliation of card transactions.
Design and execute reconciliation processes between Zuora (billing/subscriptions), SAP Commerce Cloud (order/payment capture), and SAP ECC (financial postings) to ensure data integrity across systems.
Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Accounting) to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into functional/technical specifications.
Collaborate closely with technical/integration teams (middleware, interface developers, Zuora/Commerce Cloud teams) to design end-to-end data flows and resolve integration defects.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments (interfaces, enhancements, reports) and support developers through build, unit testing, and defect resolution.
Support end-to-end testing cycles (SIT, UAT) for finance and integration scenarios, including reconciliation and revenue recognition test cases.
Identify risks, gaps, and process/control considerations related to new revenue streams (e.g., audit, SOX, revenue recognition compliance).
Provide status updates, issue logs, and documentation to project leadership; participate in project governance meetings.
Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live hypercare for the finance/integration workstream.
