About The Position

Kyndryl designs, builds, manages, and modernizes critical technology systems. The company is expanding its SAP consulting team to meet the growing demand for performant, flexible, and efficient SAP environments, especially with the upcoming upgrade to S/4 HANA, changes to hosting environments, and opportunities in Cloud, data/analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Edge. This role focuses on SAP services for Fortune 500 companies, managing over 14,000 SAP instances.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, Leading Finance & Controlling Digital Transformations & providing Solution Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO.
• Participation in a minimum of 4 SAP Implementations, preferably global rollouts.
• Minimum of 2 ECC to S/4 HANA migrations experience.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of General Ledger, Reporting, Compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing & Cost Center Accounting.
• Experience managing on and offshore resources and deliverables.
• Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP FICO module with at least two other SAP modules like MM, SD, PM and FICO sub-modules.
• Has developed training document and delivered end-user training.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a larger consulting organization.
• Experience leading Pre-Sales, proposal, and RFPs.
• Thorough understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Strong background in Oil and Gas Greenfield and brownfield implementations.
• Exposure and knowledge across other Functional Modules (MM, PP, WM, OTC, etc.) is a plus.

• Helping top industry-leading clients with their SAP Digital and Gas Industry needs.
• Advising and implementing SAP FICO Transformation projects.
• Collaborating with global teams and partners on a cross-functional basis to develop and deliver solutions.
• Innovating, designing, building, and optimizing solutions to help clients build intelligent enterprises.
• Leading transformation journeys with deep experience in SAP and the Oil and Gas industry.
• Conducting blueprint workshops for FICO areas.
• Designing test scripts.
• Developing complex functional specifications.
• Documenting and coordinating go-live activities.
• Performing post go-live support and transitioning projects to long-term support.
• Creating business process diagrams, including business process procedures as necessary.
• Maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding standard configuration and SAP functionality by staying aware of new trends & future enhancements.
