About The Position

Arctic Cat is hiring a functional SAP FI/CO SD Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison for Finance. This role is focused on supporting and optimizing the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with additional responsibilities in Sales and Distribution (SD). This is a high-impact role with visibility across IT and Finance. You’ll join a talented team driving operational efficiency and digital transformation for a solid, growing organization. This is an onsite position which can be based in either St. Cloud or Thief River Falls, MN.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Must have experience 3+ years SAP experience, including experience with SAP FI/CO modules; SAP SD experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Deep familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules and financial workflows.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration points.
• Experience with Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) and Concur Invoice platforms.
• Experience with tax software such as Vertex.
• Integration of SAP with third-party financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead support and enhancement efforts for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Provide secondary support for SAP SD processes and integration.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues across finance and sales domains.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.
