About The Position

Arctic Cat is hiring a skilled and experienced SAP FI/CO SD Analyst to join our IT team and serve as a strategic liaison for Finance. This role is primarily focused on supporting and optimizing the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with additional responsibilities in Sales and Distribution (SD). This is a high-impact role with visibility across IT and Finance. You’ll be part of a talented team driving operational efficiency and digital transformation for a solid, growing organization. This is an onsite position which can be based in either St. Cloud or Thief River Falls, MN.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now and in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP SD is a plus.
• Deep familiarity with SAP FI/CO modules and financial workflows.
• Working knowledge of SAP SD processes and integration points.
• Experience with Concur Travel & Expense (T&E) and Concur Invoice platforms.
• Experience with tax software such as Vertex.
• Integration of SAP with third-party financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead support and enhancement efforts for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Provide secondary support for SAP SD processes and integration.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues across finance and sales domains.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support.
