About The Position

The Opportunity As a SAP EWM Senior Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications. This role is pivotal in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through enhanced operational capabilities. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience

Developing strategies for supply chain transformation and performance improvement
Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomes
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine solutions
Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic questioning
Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and influence decision-making
