About The Position

The SAP EWM Lead is accountable for warehouse business process discovery, requirements definition, functional solution design, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The role is the primary bridge between warehouse operations, supply chain stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT teams. It combines warehouse management business knowledge with SAP EWM functional expertise to improve requirements, design practical and scalable solutions, maximize standard EWM capabilities, and drive business adoption and operational readiness. The role provides end-to-end leadership from current-state assessment and future-state design through testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement. It provides day-to-day direction to EWM analysts, consultants, developers, integration teams, and implementation partners, and may lead internal analysts, external consultants, system integrators, and cross-functional business participants through project and operational work. This is a direct-hire position with a hybrid schedule: four days per week in the corporate office at 7834 CF Hawn Freeway, Dallas, Texas 75217, and remote flexibility one day per week, subject to business needs. The role requires travel to distribution centers, manufacturing sites, and project locations, and availability during planned cutovers, critical deployment windows, and high-priority production events. The employer does not provide sponsorship or relocation assistance.
