Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM.
  • Minimum of 3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
  • Experience leading SAP EWM workstreams or project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations.
  • Hands-on configuration experience across inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP EWM Certification.
  • Experience with both Embedded and Decentralized EWM deployments.
  • SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation project experience.
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, logistics, pharmaceutical, or aerospace industries.
  • Strong understanding of SAP EWM integration with: SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP TM, SAP Logistics Execution, SAP S/4HANA Core Modules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.
  • Design, configure, test, deploy, and optimize SAP EWM solutions.
  • Drive warehouse transformation initiatives and recommend best-practice processes.
  • Serve as the primary functional lead for SAP EWM delivery activities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants and project team members.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse operations.
  • Conduct fit-gap workshops and process design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
  • Recommend process improvements to maximize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Configure and support the following EWM capabilities: Warehouse structure setup, Storage types and storage bins, Inbound processing, Outbound processing, Putaway strategies, Picking strategies, Physical inventory processes, Labor management, Wave management, Slotting and rearrangement, Cross-docking, Yard management, Handling unit management, RF framework and mobile warehouse solutions, Resource management, Production material staging.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support testing, defect management, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
  • Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and solution governance activities.
  • Partner with business users, warehouse managers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate solution workshops and design reviews.
  • Provide status reporting, risk management, and project leadership throughout delivery lifecycles.
