The Role & Your Impact In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes as Novonesis transitions to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You will work hands‑on with configuration while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality logistics solutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience working with SAP, ideally within S/4HANA implementation projects
  • Experience with SAP EWM and logistics solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management
  • Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization
  • Ability to understand, challenge, and contribute to technical designs in a complex, global setup

Nice To Haves

  • Experience from process industries or life sciences
  • Prior involvement in global roll‑outs or multi‑site implementations
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC in a support context
  • Interest in data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation of warehouse and logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on EWM
  • Participating in S/4 projects, including roll‑outs to new Novonesis sites
  • Performing hands‑on SAP EWM configuration and implementing system changes
  • Contributing to user requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing documentation
  • Handling incidents and supporting end users and business process managers
  • Facilitating both smaller optimizations and larger improvement initiatives across logistics processes
