SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant to support a U.S. Government client in delivering expert-level SAP ERP consulting, implementation, optimization, and operational support. This role requires a highly skilled SAP professional with deep functional and/or technical expertise, proven success delivering complex ERP initiatives, and the ability to operate independently with minimal Government oversight. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, hands-on SAP support, and mission-focused solutions that align with federal operational objectives. This position is critical to ensuring successful SAP ERP performance, process efficiency, and compliance in a government environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Senior-level SAP ERP consulting experience (typically 8+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more SAP ERP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR/HCM, PP, WM, BASIS, or related)
- Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or support projects
- Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, business processes, and enterprise systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in complex environments
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget

- Federal Government or public sector experience
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Familiarity with GSA Schedule or federal contracting environments
- Previous work with large-scale enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level SAP ERP consulting services across implementation, enhancement, optimization, and support activities
- Analyze client business processes and translate mission requirements into SAP solutions
- Configure, support, and optimize SAP ERP modules based on project needs
- Lead or support SAP system integration, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements
- Develop functional/technical documentation, recommendations, and deliverables
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support data integrity, reporting, compliance, and process standardization
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Provide strategic recommendations requiring little to no Government intervention
