About The Position

Custom Software Systems, Inc. (CSS) is seeking a skilled SAP ERP Senior Level Consultant . T he contractor will provide project management expertise , coordinating the efforts of functional and technical teams for assigned projects . Knowledge of SAP integration options . Perform tasks as assigned in coordination with the Chief of the ERP Branch of FPI. Provide a weekly status report to the Chief of the ERP Branch on tasks completed during the week and upcoming initiatives. Participate and complete training requirements. Work may be performed on a "remote-work" basis, although occasional travel to FPI Central Office and/or field locations is . Responsibilities Provide trouble-shooting assistance when issues arise within the SAP ERP system. Contractor will possess expertise in business processes to assist where needed in supply chain management, materials management, and production planning. Provide assistance in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates. Contractor will have knowledge of FPI third-party interfaces, providing expertise in testing and implementation . Provide recommendations that would further improve system performance. Work with primary administrators to ensure that administrative coverage is maintained . Provide senior-level knowledge transfer and informal training to FPI junior-level staff. Assist the project manager by tracking actual costs against the budgeted amounts for all contract delivery orders and task orders. Assist and work with key end users and technical personnel to develop and/or configure the ERP system in accordance with the FPI requirement. FPI will ensure testing and documentation are maintained in accordance with SDLC . Citizenship US Citizenship and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Requirements

Two (2) years' experience SAP integration options to include configuration of third-party software and SAP configuration module.
Two (2) years' experience providing training and knowledge transfer to new and junior-level staff
One (1) year of experience with US Treasury G-Invoicing and SAP API integration
Two (2) years' experience with business processes , including but not limited to supply chain management, materials management , and production planning.
Two (2) years of project management expertise , coordinating functional and technical team efforts for projects as assigned.
One (1) year of experience assisting in the upgrade of the SAP S/4 HANA during support pack or version updates.
Two (2) years' experience providing troubleshooting assistance when issues arise within the SAP ERP system.
Two (2) years' experience providing recommendations to further improve system performance.
US Citizenship and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree with preferred study in information technology, computer science, business or equivalent experience and certifications .
