In this role, you will be instrumental in driving transformation in healthcare operations through the implementation of innovative technology solutions. Requirements

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
• Expected Graduation: May 2026
• Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain.
• Internship or academic experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
• Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving business operations through technology improvement projects
• Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
• Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
• Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
• Ability to travel 50% of the time
• Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members who will help you discover ways to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Interact one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career.
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients.
• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements.
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices.
