Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
A proactive approach, personal initiative, and the ambition to succeed

Detail-oriented and highly organised
No recruitment experience required—full training provided
Degree or equivalent experience welcome but not essential

Responsibilities

Support senior consultants in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for client assignments
Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability and alignment with client needs
Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the Finance, IT, and Business Transformation sectors
Assist in developing job adverts and marketing materials to attract top talent
Update and track candidate and client activity within our recruitment software
Arrange and participate in candidate and client meetings and networking events
Contribute to research on market trends and key industry insights
Consistently deliver service excellence to candidates and clients
