Requirements

  • No recruitment experience required—full training provided

Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants in sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for client assignments
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability and alignment with client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with professionals in the Finance, IT, and Business Transformation sectors
  • Assist in developing job adverts and marketing materials to attract top talent
  • Update and track candidate and client activity within our recruitment software
  • Arrange and participate in candidate and client meetings and networking events
  • Contribute to research on market trends and key industry insights
  • Consistently deliver service excellence to candidates and clients
