About The Position

This is a sales-focused recruitment role where you will work with Australian employers looking to hire skilled workers from overseas. You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries as well as developing new business relationships with companies experiencing labour shortages. You’ll work closely with our internal recruitment and migration teams who manage the candidate sourcing and visa processing, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and closing deals .

Requirements

  • Recruitment, labour hire or B2B sales experience
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with business owners and decision makers
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business opportunities
  • Organised with strong follow-up skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce etc) is beneficial

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in recruitment, migration or labour hire will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound enquiries from businesses looking to hire overseas workers
  • Build relationships with Australian employers experiencing staff shortages
  • Generate new business through calls, networking and referrals
  • Conduct consultations with employers to understand their hiring needs
  • Present our recruitment and migration solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
