About The Position
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to optimize and execute our talent acquisition closing strategy. This independent consultant will focus mainly on the final, critical stages of the recruitment funnel—driving interviews to offer acceptance for critical in-person and virtual physical therapy roles. As an independent consultant, you will own the closing strategy and execution for key positions, including Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and clinical leadership roles across both our virtual and in-person teams.
Requirements
- Results-driven
- Experience in talent acquisition closing strategy
- Experience with physical therapy roles (PT, PTA, clinical leadership)
- Experience with both in-person and virtual recruitment
- Ability to manage candidate engagement from interviews to offer acceptance
- Consulting skills for advising leadership teams on trends and benchmarks
- Skills in refining recruitment closing frameworks
- Ability to ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience
- Ability to protect employer brand
Responsibilities
- Lead the stages of the interview process, taking ownership of candidate engagement from hiring manager interviews through to the signed offer letter.
- Advise the clinic and virtual leadership teams on trends, benchmarks, and strategic levers to increase offer acceptance rates.
- Refine the company’s existing closing framework to ensure a high-touch, seamless candidate experience that protects our employer brand.
