About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP & Fiori Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support SAP solutions across the SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is responsible for ABAP development, SAP Fiori application development, workflow enhancements, integrations, reports, interfaces, forms, and technical support for enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP backend development expertise with modern SAP UI technologies and the ability to collaborate closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and other IT team members.

Requirements

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION SYSTEMS, ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELD.
• 5+ YEARS OF SAP ABAP DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
• STRONG HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH: ABAP OBJECTS, CDS VIEWS, ODATA SERVICES, SAP ENHANCEMENTS AND FORMS, INTERFACES AND INTEGRATIONS, SAP BTP.
• EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING SAP FIORI AND SAPUI5 APPLICATIONS.
• KNOWLEDGE OF SAP S/4HANA ARCHITECTURE AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
• EXPERIENCE WITH DEBUGGING, PERFORMANCE TUNING, AND TROUBLESHOOTING.
• STRONG ANALYTICAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

• FAMILIARITY WITH: FINANCE (FI/CO), PROCUREMENT (MM), MANUFACTURING (PP/QM).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP developments in SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, and data migration programs.
• Create and support ABAP Objects, BAdIs, Enhancement frameworks, RFCs, IDocs, CDS Views, and OData services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP technical issues and performance problems.
• Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori design principles.
• Extend and customize standard SAP Fiori applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for business users.
• Build and maintain OData services supporting Fiori applications.
• Support Fiori Launchpad configuration and role-based application access.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve user experience and process efficiency.
• Develop and support integrations between SAP and external systems.
• Work with middleware and integration technologies as needed.
• Support API-based integrations and data exchange processes.
• Assist with batch jobs, monitoring, and interface troubleshooting.
• Translate functional specifications into technical designs and development solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and support materials.
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
• Ensure developments follow SAP standards and internal development guidelines.
• Perform unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate production deployments.
• Support code reviews, quality assurance, and release management processes.
• Ensure compliance with change management and IT control procedures.
• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution.
• Participate in root cause analysis and performance optimization initiatives.
• Recommend technical improvements and modernization opportunities within the SAP landscape.
• Support S/4HANA upgrades, enhancements, and system implementations.
