About The Position

This role involves providing global support for SAP systems, focusing on ABAP development, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. The position requires extensive experience in SAP NetWeaver and Public Sector SAP environments. The selected contractor will be responsible for their own equipment, but access to a virtual desktop will be provided.

Requirements

• 10+ Years of Experience with ABAP solution architecting
• 10+ Years of Experience with ABAP/Java software installation and configuration
• 10+ years of practical upgrade, enhancement pack, OSS notes, support packs and troubleshooting
• 5+ Years of Experience with SAP NetWeaver releases
• 5+ Years of Experience with SAP in the Public Sector
• Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Public Sector support for ECC 6.0, SRM 7.04, BW7.5, and Fiori Gateway
• SAP upgrade and enhancement pack installation
• SAP architecture and design
• MS Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, VISIO, Project)
• MS Server 2012-2025
• MS SQL database 2014-2019
• Project Management experience

Responsibilities

• Provide global support for SAP systems.
• Perform ABAP solution architecting.
• Install and configure ABAP/Java software.
• Conduct upgrades, enhancement packs, OSS notes, and support packs.
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues.
• Manage SAP NetWeaver releases.
• Support SAP in the Public Sector.
