SAP Data and Insights Manager
About The Position
Deloitte is seeking a project delivery professional to lead SAP Data & Insights release management for client programs. The role leads end-to-end Agile release planning, governance, and execution for SAP-enabled programs, coordinating release calendars, deployment activities, and production readiness using SAP Solution Manager. The manager works across cross-functional workstreams to manage dependencies, risks, defects, and readiness decisions; prepares release and cutover plans, status reports, and performance metrics for client stakeholders; and guides retrospectives and improvements to release-management processes. The position is part of Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance team and SAP business transformation services, serving Government & Public Services clients. Project Delivery Talent Model team members focus on client delivery for a specialized project need, without additional business-development or promotion expectations; employment is tied to the project role. The posting describes the position as remote and requires an average of 10% travel. Recruiting for this role ends on November 30, 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active TS clearance.
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile Release Management.
- Ability to travel an average of 10%, depending on the work, clients, and industries or sectors served.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
