About The Position

SAP Customer Experience (CX) Services delivers advisory, implementation, and transformation services to help customers unlock value from SAP’s CX portfolio (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Consumer Products). Working in a highly collaborative, global environment, we partner with customers, engineering, and partners to turn business strategy into scalable, production-ready solutions—aligned with SAP best practices, clean core principles, and SAP BTP extensibility. As SAP advances AI-driven, autonomous customer experiences, CX Services leads the way—embedding generative and agentic AI into core processes while ensuring enterprise-grade security, compliance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on SAP CX (Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud, Emarsys) and enterprise architecture principles or enterprise CRM transformations
  • Experience leading solution architecture discussions, workshops, trade-offs, and technical governance.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver cloud-based, integrated solutions using SAP BTP and clean core extensibility
  • Proficiency in SAP BTP services (AI Core, AI Business Services, Integration Suite, Extension Suite)
  • Experience applying Generative AI/LLMs in customer-facing scenarios (e.g., automation, recommendations)
  • Advanced knowledge of GenAI architectures (RAG, agent orchestration, fine-tuning) and prompt engineering
  • Strong background in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming (Python, Java) and MLOps/LLMOps and model lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Fiori) and API integration
  • Experience with agentic systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), and A2A/MCP patterns
  • Experience delivering end-to-end implementations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader for customers, driving AI-powered CX transformation initiatives across SAP Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing solutions
  • Lead customer-facing discussions, workshops, and executive engagements, shaping solution vision, architecture, and delivery approach
  • Drive end-to-end solution design and execution for agentic and generative AI use cases embedded within CX business processes
  • Translate SAP AI strategy (e.g., SAP Business AI, Joule, agentic frameworks) into practical, scalable customer solutions aligned with clean core principles
  • Partner with customer stakeholders, SAP product teams, and internal architects to deliver measurable business outcomes and adoption
  • Partner with SAP Sales team including AE, CSM and other stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor consulting teams across regions, ensuring consistent delivery quality, best practices, and architectural governance
  • Lead solutioning for proposals, SOWs, and RFPs, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, timelines, and commercial models
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency and customer value realization
