SAP Cutover Manager (Hybrid)
About The Position
The SAP Cutover Manager will be responsible for driving SAP Cutover activities and will work closely with senior project stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment of the template. This role requires demonstrable experience with migrations of SAP data in complex, global, release-deployed SAP programs. The manager will need to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously, clearly articulating progress and status to key stakeholders. A natural ability to coordinate and facilitate diverse teams with different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures, and languages is essential.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP Project Experience
- 4+ years of SAP Cutover Experience
- S/4HANA Experience
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of key SAP functional process streams
- Good Project Management skills
- Solid understanding of the SAP Data Model
- Solid understanding of most commonly used Master- and Transactional Data elements
Responsibilities
- Create and own a detailed Cutover plan
- Monitor and execute the cutover plan
- Communicate status, progress, and issues to the leadership team based on cutover progress
- Define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
- Articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate diverse teams of different skill sets, backgrounds, cultures, and languages
