About The Position

Bristlecone Inc. is seeking a Manager – SAP S/4HANA QM to own the strategic design and end‑to‑end delivery of Quality Management solutions within our S/4HANA environment. The role demands a subject‑matter expert who can translate complex quality requirements into robust SAP configurations, drive seamless integration with core supply‑chain and finance modules, and ensure a compliant, high‑performance system that supports our clients’ operational excellence.

Requirements

10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on QM in S/4HANA.
Proven track record designing and implementing end‑to‑end QM solutions across multiple industries.
Deep knowledge of QM integration points with MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO.
Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, GxP).
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex delivery projects.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Nice To Haves

SAP S/4HANA certification (QM or related) preferred.
Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the overall SAP QM architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead full‑cycle configuration, testing, and deployment of QM processes in S/4HANA.
Integrate QM with MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO modules to enable end‑to‑end supply‑chain quality flows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed quality requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for QM solution design.
Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants and developers throughout project lifecycles.
Conduct impact analyses and risk assessments for system changes and upgrades.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP innovations and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GxP) within the SAP environment.
Provide expert-level support during hypercare and post‑go‑live stabilization.
