About The Position

As a SAP Coordinator, you play a critical role in helping ASML deliver the technology that powers the world’s most advanced microchips. You ensure materials, configuration data, and operational information are available when needed, enabling successful installation and upgrade activities for customers around the world. Working within the Customer Support organization, you help bridge planning, logistics, and execution. Your contributions support installation readiness, minimize operational risks, and help customers bring complex semiconductor equipment into production efficiently. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience is welcomed.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in material coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • At least one year of experience working with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other data management tools to analyze and manage operational information.
  • Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, or related business systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer-focused operations or technical project environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material availability and delivery schedules to support installations, upgrades, and field modifications.
  • Maintain accurate configuration and material records by processing updates and validating system data.
  • Investigate and resolve material-related issues, including damaged parts, delivery discrepancies, and inventory concerns.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and material status to stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
  • Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to manage deliveries, returns, and material handling activities.
  • Review data accuracy, identify potential schedule impacts, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support continuous process improvements that enhance installation readiness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
