About The Position

KAYGEN is seeking a Senior SAP Conversion Tech Lead for a hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA. This position is for a 6+ month project supporting an SAP ECC to Oracle migration. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, execution-focused individual capable of independently driving conversion tasks and coordinating with business stakeholders through post-go-live activities.

Requirements

Strong SAP ECC conversion/migration experience
Experience supporting Oracle migration/conversion initiatives
Deep understanding of Finance modules: AP, AR, GL
Strong experience with: Mock conversions, Data validation, Reconciliation, Cutover, Post go-live support
Hands-on Lead-level technical expertise
Must be local to Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

Lead conversion activities for SAP ECC to Oracle migration
Support post go-live stabilization and conversion processes
Create and execute mock conversions
Perform conversion validation, data validation, and reconciliation activities
Drive execution and coordinate with business teams to ensure deliverables are completed
Troubleshoot and resolve conversion-related issues during and after deployment
Provide hands-on leadership across technical conversion workstreams
Be responsible for the cutover activities during Go Live
