Dematic is seeking a SAP Contract Administrator. The SAP Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring that customer contracts, warranties, and functional locations are accurately established, maintained, and governed within SAP S/4HANA. In addition, this role provides operational leadership for Field Service delivery, including managing onsite service requests and scheduling field service resources. This position guarantees effective Service Business execution through accurate contract and warranty determination, cost control, resource alignment, and service readiness. The role collaborates closely with Project Teams, Customer Support, Field Service, Renewals, Finance, Shared Services, and Delivery Organizations to ensure contractual compliance, financial accuracy, and high quality customer service delivery.
