About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment, analyzing business requirements and processes, mapping those requirements to SAP capabilities, and helping drive process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on functional experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud in key operational business processes, excellent communication skills, and a practical, solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience of implementation and/or support of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Hands-on experience in SAP MM / WM/ SD processes.
Experience with SAP configuration, business process design, testing, and end-user support.
Knowledge of data migration, system integration, and related SAP implementation activities.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing and/or consumer products environment is a plus.
SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day end-user support by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and driving timely resolution.
Partner with business end users to gather, document, and validate detailed business requirements and enhancements.
Analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.
Serve as an SAP functional resource in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain. (SAP MM/WM/SD).
Work closely with the implementation partners and support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and deliver end-user training for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud processes and functionality.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, process documentation, and support documentation.
Support data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, and integrity checks.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements, standardization opportunities, and system optimization initiatives.
