SAP Basis Senior Consultant

Requirements
- SAP Basis Administration (5+ years)
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Proficiency in managing complex SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, and Solution Manager.
- In-depth experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with migrations to SAP HANA or S/4HANA.
- Experience with system monitoring, backups, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setups.
- Regular application of patches, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes.
- Strong understanding of SAP system integration with third-party systems.
- Experience with middleware tools like SAP PI/PO or Cloud Integration.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize system performance at the application, database, and infrastructure levels.
- Experience implementing and maintaining SAP security, including user management, roles, and authorizations.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and providing training to end-users.
- SAP certification in the technology area
- Fluency in English is a must
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage transports, system copies, patches, and upgrades.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, including database and OS-level issues.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorizations.
- Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Implement and manage SAP security protocols.
- Perform users, roles, and authorizations management.
