About The Position

The SAP Basis/BTP Tech Arch Manager will provide SAP Basis technical architecture and team leadership. The role requires experience leading or co-leading S/4HANA implementations or Brownfield conversions, hands-on SAP HANA database administration on cloud infrastructure, and designing SAP high-availability and disaster-recovery solutions in Azure or an equivalent hyperscaler environment. The position also involves managing transport landscapes and release governance across multi-system, multi-track projects, and leading small-to-medium Basis teams across project and AMS delivery models. Prior experience supporting the CMT industry and clients is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of SAP Basis experience, including at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or Brownfield conversions in a lead or co-lead capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience or deep hands-on expertise in SAP HANA database administration on cloud infrastructure, including memory architecture, HSR, backup strategy, performance tuning, and EarlyWatch Alert interpretation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and executing SAP HA/DR solutions in Azure or equivalent hyperscaler environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing transport landscapes and release governance across multi-system, multi-track project environments.
• Proven experience leading small-to-medium Basis teams of 3–8 people across project and AMS delivery models.
• Prior experience supporting the CMT industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience; alternatively, an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
