About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to oversee the SAP landscape, including its availability, installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. The role manages system security and performance and works closely with functional staff, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives such as upgrades and migrations. The administrator should be able to mentor junior-level staff.

Requirements

• Must be a Green Card Holder; no sponsorship is available.
• Experienced SAP Basis Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems.
• Perform performance tuning at the application, database, and operating system levels.
• Manage background jobs, spool, batch processing, and system logs.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, CCMS, and Focused Run.
• Manage SAP system security and support availability and performance.
• Collaborate with functional staff, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders on operational needs, upgrades, and migrations.
• Mentor junior-level staff.
