Requirements

US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of proven experience in SAP Basis administration, including SAP HANA and SQL Server.
Hands‑on experience with Solution Manager (ChaRM, system monitoring, document management).
Strong working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows Server environments, with familiarity in AWS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; comfortable performing in a high-pressure 24/7 support environment.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SAP BTP services, cloud architecture, and landscape design.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA implementations (Cloud or On‑Premise).
Experience with DevOps principles, API management, and CI/CD‑driven SAP operations.
Background in SAP BO/BOBJ configuration and administration.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain WBSCM SAP NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA systems.
Monitor system performance, execute load balancing, and optimize application server and database resources to ensure high availability.
Manage Solution Manager ChaRM and the Transport Management System (TMS) to ensure smooth and compliant movement of changes across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
Perform backups, restores, and ongoing database monitoring for SAP HANA and SQL Server environments, using tools such as HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.
Serve as the technical SME to resolve system errors, dumps, connectivity issues, and SAP GUI/network problems with urgency and precision.
