About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage and maintain our SAP systems, including S/4HANA 2023, Solution Manager, and Fiori. This role involves comprehensive system administration, performance tuning, security management, and support for upgrades and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure system stability and efficiency, and participate in on-call support and incident response.

Monitoring Tools and Performance Analysis
Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery Procedures

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain SAP systems including S/4HANA 2023, Solution Manager, Fiori, and related components.
Perform system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Manage SAP transports with ChaRM, client copies, system refreshes, and system landscape synchronization.
Administer SAP users, roles, authorizations, LDAP integration, and security compliance.
Configure and maintain RFC connections, SAP routers, interfaces, and communication channels.
Support SAP upgrades, enhancement packages, kernel updates, and patch management.
Monitor batch jobs, background processing, system logs, and database performance.
Configure and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
Support cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS) and infrastructure integration.
Collaborate with functional, development, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and system standards.
Participate in on-call support, incident response, and root cause analysis activities.
