About The Position

This role requires a blend of SAP and Business Analysis expertise, with a strong emphasis on SAP Fioneer. The candidate will collaborate with finance/accounting and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into system specifications. The position involves working with financial data, supporting large-scale system implementations, and understanding the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

SAP Fioneer expertise is mandatory.
Experience collaborating with finance/accounting and operations teams to capture requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, financial reporting, reconciliations, and period close.
Background in business architecture, business analysis, or relevant technical roles.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting financial data (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving finance/accounting standards.
Familiarity with data integration, migration, and financial software platforms.
Technical documentation, workflow optimization, and process automation experience.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and platforms such as Confluence, JIRA, and/or Azure DevOps.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage tasks and projects concurrently.
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, preferably in SAP Cloud4Banking (subledger) modules.
Understanding of data governance, release and dependency management.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Infrastructure Investments domain is a plus.
Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.
Prior experience in change management, vendor and stakeholder management.
