We are currently seeking a SAP AI Lead Developer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of experience in SAP with focus on solution development, architecture, and implementation.
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and programming languages (Python, R).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
Strong architectural design and system integration skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
Commitment to continuous learning in evolving AI and SAP technologies.
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
12+ years of experience in SAP with focus on solution development, architecture, and implementation.
3+ years of SAP AI/ML experience.

Responsibilities

Defining and driving the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of AI/ML-enabled solutions within the SAP ecosystem specifically Joule Skills, Joule Agents, Joule Studio.
Ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions integrated with SAP platforms and aligned with enterprise strategy.
Working on the architecture and design of AI/ML solutions embedded in the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.).
Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to capture requirements and convert them into solution designs.
Defining data architecture, pipelines, model deployment flows, and integration patterns for AI/ML in SAP environments.
Selecting appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and frameworks (LLMs, predictive analytics, anomaly detection) that align with SAP capabilities.
Ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and security of AI solutions within the SAP system landscape.
Leading and working on implementation phases, from design to deployment, integration, testing, and rollout.
Creating and maintaining architecture documentation and model life-cycle strategies.
Monitoring AI and SAP technology trends and proposing innovations and optimizations.
Managing risks, compliance and governance required for AI/ML adoption/implementation.
