About The Position

Join our team as a Sanitor and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and food-safe environment in our high-volume bakery production facility. You'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food processing equipment, floors, and environmental surfaces to meet strict hygiene standards and food safety regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Up to 1 year of related experience
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic arithmetic and ability to interpret graphs
Ability to follow detailed instructions with common sense

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize equipment (mixers, conveyors, ovens, etc.) and facility areas (floors, restrooms, lobbies).
Handle waste disposal and recycling.
Maintain supply levels (bathroom, PPE).
Operate sanitation equipment (floor scrubber, power washer, steam cleaner).
Participate in meetings and report issues to supervisors.
Support food safety practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
