About The Position

Crescent Sanitation people are responsible to perform their assigned duties in a manner which is safe, and efficient while focusing on proper handling of materials in the cleaning, sanitizing and caretaking of Crescent facilities inside and out. The business will operate as outlined in the Crescent Way- 3 P’s: As a key leader the operations lead will support the Business in operating as outlined in the Crescent Way and 3P’s: Purpose, Process, People. Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
I am at least 18 years of age of older
I can perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation
I am a US Citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the US on an unrestricted basis

Ensure Safe and well-maintained Work Environment and conditions throughout all work spaces, facility and surrounding areas

Ensure chemicals and pesticides never brought in from home
Work closely and harmoniously with fellow Team Members

Maintain a good knowledge of all Crescent sanitation supplies always maintaining proper stock levels.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sanitation schedules that ensure that cleaning tasks are performed at defied frequencies and to the expected level of completeness
Trained to safely and effectively run the scrubber
Working with other departments and utilize tools and resources to drive a lean culture
Leading projects to eliminate waste and defects within the department
Ensure proper documentation is kept and maintained of processes and procedure including but not limited to, job aids, work instructions, and non-conformance documents
Assist with operations management as regards to adherence to sanitation processes
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Respond promptly to client requests in a professional, courteous manner
