About The Position

House-Autry Mills is seeking an energetic Sanitation Worker to provide industrial sanitation services throughout its facility. The role supports sanitary, clean, and pest-free conditions across common areas, offices, restrooms, production areas, the warehouse, and building grounds. The employee performs duties under the Master Sanitation Schedule, maintains a clean work area, and helps with facility housekeeping during downtime or as directed. The position requires working independently as well as assisting the department in other areas when needed.

The required schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role requires the ability to climb, crawl, bend, work in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, operate cleaning equipment, and work overhead on a scissor lift at a minimum height of 50 feet. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Able to operate cleaning equipment.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide industrial sanitation services throughout the plant, including common areas, offices, restrooms, production areas, and the warehouse.
• Maintain sanitary and pest-free facility conditions, including cleaning overhead areas and floors.
• Notify a supervisor immediately if additional assistance is required.
• Assist the department in other areas as needed or directed.
• Perform housekeeping of building grounds areas.
• Keep the work area clean and free of accumulations.
• During downtime, take initiative in housekeeping of the work area and assist with facility housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with House-Autry quality standards.
• Perform duties and responsibilities under the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Operate cleaning equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
