About The Position

Sanitation Worker 3rd shift De Queen Arkansas At Pilgrim’s, Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always. Pilgrim’s wants YOU to join our hourly Sanitation team! Positions start at $19.15 / hour for 3rd shift Sanitation plus an attendance bonus if qualifications are met of $2.75 per hour. We are looking for candidates with good employment history that will fit and grow with our team.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and work quickly
• Good communication skills
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions and apply common sense
• Must be a team player and be willing to work close to other employees at some stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.)
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Nice To Haves

• Poultry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
• Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment.
• Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment.
