About The Position

Pilgrim's Carrollton is hiring a Sanitation Worker for the second shift. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing production areas and completing mandatory safety and food safety/GMP training for the job assignment. Employees must be able to work in a refrigerated environment, stand for extended periods, lift 40 pounds, perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, and work overtime as assigned. A high school diploma or GED and previous manufacturing experience are preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 40°F.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive-motion work.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production areas.
