This role performs standard cleaning procedures on food processing equipment and utensils, and maintains the interior and exterior of the building according to standards for food manufacturing. The position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Critical Control Points and Preventive Controls in their process. Coverage for these responsibilities during an absence can be provided by another person in the same position or by a trained lead or supervisor.
