We are currently seeking a full-time Sanitation Utility to join our team in our manufacturing facility. This role works four 10-hour shifts.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs.
  • Proficient with computer use; familiar with SAP and standard Microsoft Office Software.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
  • Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold) as well as wet and dry environment.
  • Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
  • Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Three months Nestle factory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning and sanitizing, operation, and assembly of production machines and equipment
  • Cleaning of equipment, tools, building needs, and implements within company established rates and guidelines.
  • General cleaning of factory departmental areas
  • Responsible for dispensing and mixing various chemicals according to company requirements for cleaning purposes.
  • Perform all job duties in accordance with the company’s safety and quality guidelines.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation and system transactions.
  • Properly use all personal protective gear per company guidelines.
  • Assure timely cleaning and sanitation of all equipment and assure absence of down time.
  • Dispose of trash and cleans work area thoroughly.
  • Remove any unused product, boxes and utensils and assure clear and clean work area.
  • Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors.
  • Participation on factory teams.
