Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- No experience necessary, just a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role (this one keeps you moving, lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, bending, and more)
- Someone who takes safety seriously and follows procedures
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize the equipment, tools, floors, and spaces that keep our food-safety standards among the best in the industry
- Follow clear, documented cleaning procedures — we'll show you exactly what "done right" looks like
- Help keep the plant running smoothly by keeping shared spaces (break areas, docks, restrooms) clean and organized
- Work alongside your team and supervisor to knock out the daily and weekly sanitation schedule
