The Sanitation Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the factory and its equipment for the production lines. In addition, they assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the general production areas. You will add value by performing the following duties but not limited to: Clean and sanitize production line equipment, including ovens, coolers, bins, dies, and trays Sweep, mop, and operate floor scrubbers to maintain production and warehouse floors Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, lunchrooms, offices, conference rooms, and the R&D lab Remove corrugate cardboard, food waste, and other packaging materials from production areas Clean and sanitize drains, manage water on floors, and respond to bodily fluid spills following Bloodborne Pathogen procedures Maintain cleanliness of the exterior premises, including seasonal snow and ice removal Support additional sanitation and facility duties as assigned
