Position Summary RHC Sanitation Technician Wash Bay is responsible for the proper sanitation and cleaning of specific machinery used on the production lines.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the company Food Safety & Quality Program and associated responsibilities within the program.
  • Understand and carry out duties assigned by the Master Cleaning Schedule in an efficient and orderly manner.
  • Understand and have the ability to operate all necessary tools available for Plant Sanitation purposes.
  • Be aware of stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables that are used and alert your manager of any pending out of stocks.
  • Bring to the attention of your direct supervisor any inefficiencies that exist in the Good Safety Department that cause or have potential of causing mistakes and/or production downtime.
  • Complete all well reports
  • Complete cleaning of machinery based on the needs of production
  • Assist co-workers in the sanitation when available.
  • Wiping down a curtains, rolling racks, tools and tool boxes when needed.
  • Ensure hoses are wiped down and off of the floor
  • Ensure there is no standing water in the wash room.
