The position requires maintaining relationships with chemical and pest control vendors, developing and delivering training programs on sanitation practices and company best practices, and keeping detailed records of all sanitation-related activities. The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Cost expectations are met, driving sustainable improvements across the shift through hands-on leadership and collaboration with plant leadership and employees.
